That is a classical UnixWare TCP kernel/library bug. Depending on the UW
version, it might be correctable through application of a patch or PTF.

I suggest you speak with your UW support contact, or research the newsgroup
comp.unix.unixware.misc, or check out the list of UW 2.1 patches in
ftp.sco.com.
