Suggestions

For maximum performance what should I change these settings to:

        cache_mem 12
        cache_swap 3072

I have 2 cache directories both at 3072 (3 gig). The maximum cache size I
can have is 4 gig. When I run 'top' I get the following memory sizes

    Memory: Real XXM/123M act/total Virtual: XXM/256M use/tot Free: 77M

The 'XX' part stands for numbers, what should I aim to have these numbers
hang around i.e. 95/123 or 60/123 || 200/256 124/256 etc...
