Cache-Control : Proxy-Revalidate

Hi there,

are there any add-ons available which implement the cache-control
"proxy-revalidate" directive of HTTP 1.1.
As far as I understood Version 1.1.10 only looks for the cache-control
directives but does not handle it.

We need this feature in order to cache password protected pages.
