Squid Patch For Retries

Hi there...

I went to patch my .14 version of Squid and my patch wouldn't apply via
the PATCH program.

Does anyone have a patched version of the file it is patching available or
to email me? It'll save me a lot of grief. I'm using the non-NOVM
version.
