squid 1.1.16

I just gathered from something implied in a different post, that squid
1.1.16 is out (and sure enough it is). But, for those of us who don't
look at the squid home page, in future can an announcement and section
of the Changelog be posted to squid-announce, which came into existence
for this purpose?

(Or have I disappeared from the squid-announce list?).
