The word from Duane is that it's planned for inclusion into the 1.2
distribution, so yes, 1.1.15 and 1.1.16 and any subsequent 1.1.x versions
would still need patching. I know that retry-1.1.14.patch applies to
1.1.15 with only minor tweaking -- the version.h file (naturally) and some
missed context but identical patched code in another file.

I haven't had a chance to pull down 1.1.15 and generate a clean patch for
it yet, sorry!

By the way, are people noticing the fact that the retry patch does not
handle "503-server too busy" returns? The reason I didn't handle that
case when I wrote it was that it's obvious to the end user where the
problem lies, so they won't come crying to me, thus making it a lower
priority. And besides, not all web serveriis are RFC-compliant enough to
send the correct numeric code making it a bit more of a hassle to
implement.
