Doesn't pass client request information through, i.e.
the request authentication, etc. is seen as the proxy
itself, which breaks MSN, etc. It doesn't handle any
protocols other than http, so gopher, ftp, etc. will
not be cached.

Essentially we're trying to force all cacheable traffic
to be cached, in a totally transparent manner. Not being
able to reach MSN isn't quite "transparent." :-( :-(
