I've traced it to a seg fault in ftpget.c at line 925 in
mime_get_type():
    /* now check for another extension */
    *t = '\0';

        (void) 0;

However, enc is NULL.

I'll let you know when I've done a patch (unless someone else beats
me to it
:-)).
