Configuration HELP!

Hello All,

Could you suggest the right solution for this situation:

There are two Squid servers, each has its one conection to the Internet and
each can see
other. Some times one of the conection dies. How to make Squid server (which
link died)
fetch data from other one then this happens (line dies).

Any help is Welcome
