cache-compare.pl

        I'm running Squid 1.1.15, and would like to
use the cache-compare.pl script from Squid source distribution.
My Perl version 5.004_01 said:

Can't locate sys/socket.ph in @INC (did you run h2ph?)

Could someone tell me how to create this 'sys/socket.ph'
and why do I need to run h2ph ?
