Well, the Renater (Renater = national academic network in France)
national cache was 250,000 FF (around 45,000 US $) when we bought it
(it's an AlphaServer 1000 by Digital) and we just bought more RAM because
Squid on Alpha+DigitalUnix is a real hog :-(
