ftpget problem

Hello,

I just got ftpget problem report from one of our users. On netscape
homepage some ftp links are ending with ? and this will cause ftpget to
report following error:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/smartupdate/index.html?

The following FTP error was encountered:

     pub/communicator/smartupdate/index.html?: No such file or directory.

This means that:

    The given URL does not exist, or is not readable.

You can try this by goto http://home.netscape.com/ then click on
"download" then click on "Netcaster and Communicator Components" and then
click "Next" button.

Is this a bug on squid side or Netscape side? Above url can load without
problem when remove trailing "?". Also when I try without proxy, there's
no problem too.
