Lets say in a relationship where you have squid running on a firewall,
(with limited resources), sitting in between the internet and another
internal squid, (capably setup with the cache, memory,...).

You'd want the internal to build its cache and yet use its parent, squid on
the firewall, just to fetch its requests.
