Yep. You can monitor (really nicely, too!) and perform some simple
management functions for Squid via the cachemgr interface. Cachemgr is a
cgi that you run on a web server to talk to your cache(s). Installation is
pretty simple and is explained in the docs at http://squid.nlanr.net
