Non ICP parent never being used

Hi,

In my squid.conf I have

cache_host <proxy2> parent 3128 3130
cache_host <proxy1> parent 8080 3130 no-query default

cache_host_domain <proxy2> .au .nz .jp

single_parent_bypass on

All works ox with proxy 2 (the host with ICP) but proxy 1 (which dosnt
support ICP) never gets requested for any files...

This is with 1.NOVM.17 on FreeBSD 2.2-STABLE.

Turning loggin up to 2 I get...

Both parents show up with cachemgr.

Any suggestions?
