I'm using the multi-port patch with Squid v1.1.18 but I've switched back
to Squid v1.1.16 beause I've experimented timeout problems with the second
port.bi while the first port caused no problems.. Switching back to v1.1.16
solved this problem..
I've had no time yet to look further into this problem...
