redirect

Is it possible to redirect access from one www server to another. It would
be much faster if the users would access www.eu.microsoft.com instead of
www.microsoft.com but only the home page should be redirected because some
of downloads are only avaible on www.microsoft.com (not a good mirror
site but what should you expect from M$).
