Squid-1.2.beta7

I saw a little bit about this a week or so ago, but I didn't ever see a
reply... Does anyone have a solution/fix/patch/tweak/suggestion for the
SNMP glitch during compile for 1.2.beta7 under Linux? I see the following:

Making all in src...
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/squid/squid-1.2.beta7/src'

Feels good to back to my old beta-running days again :-)
