FTP problem

 Hi all

 I have squid running under Linux 2.0.0 linked with netscape proxy
server,
 it´s run nice for web, ftp access but when I try get files from cgi
scripts
 like netscape download or adobe acrobat reader donload I received this
 message:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://cgi1.adobe.com/acrobat/download5.cgi
The following error was encountered:
     Connection Failed
The system returned:
    (111) Connection refused
This means that:
    The remote site or server may be down. Please try again soon.
    Generated by squid/1.1.5@afrodite.tecpar.br

With direct connection with netscape proxy server I received the
file. What is this ??? Please send any information about this problem to
