FATAL: icpProcessExpired: Swapfile open failed FATAL: file_write: bad FD

Hi all,

I'm using Squid 1.NOVM.17 with Linux Slackware 3.2
Recently Squid began to restart, giving the following messages in file
squid.out:

FATAL: icpProcessExpired: Swapfile open failed
FATAL: file_write: bad FD

What does it means?
I searched documentation about these errors, but could'nt find anything
(probably my fault).

Could anyone help me?
