This is something I have been playing around with for a while. Still (it
has been a while) trying to find time to code basic PICS support into
squid. Nothing substantial done at present though. Otherwise to my knowledge
it has not been done yet.

If you are keen on building it into squid I would be happy to help and
contribute with it. Otherwise I will get it done one day....but from previous
experience that may still be a way away. :-)
