We'll I use a simple shell script . I've posted this before a little while back
but here goes ..

I have created a special user . His .profile contains a shell script (Assuming
you use bash or sh)
#!/bin/sh # clear
tail -f /usr/local/squid/logs/access.log | awk '{ print "  "$3"  "$7"  "}'
This is a rather crude method which parse the access log (Just learnt how to
use that function of awk) and returns something like
Everytime they access a site the urls is displayed . scrolling up .. When you
are finish Cntrl C and it will automatically exit and logout
Probably someone else could make a better script :)
Of course this is very very crude and probably won't give you as much
information as you probably wanted . But it gives you a idea of current
usage by how fast the URL's scroll :)
