Well, tell your userbase to use free software like Mosaic, then if you
have a problem, you can fix it yourself.

What sucks, is that Microsoft don't have a warining on the boxes to all of
their products stating that the product is extremely broken, and can be
frustrating to anybody who knows what a computer is :-)
