Re: Abnormal Termination

You are probably running out of swap. When resuming after a reconfigure
or log rotate Squid requires 2 times more memory than usual (caused by
fork() to restart ftpget and dnsserver). The memory usage is only high
while preparing to restart one of the child processes but before the
child process is started.
