        I agree with Duane, there is so little SPAM going on the list that
closing the list would do more bad than good. I still believe that
non-subscribers should be allowed to post.
        Only when/if the SPAM problem becomes so annoying as to trouble the
list usage then more control should be issued.
        Furthermore, the actual level of control seems fair enough.
