Really ridiculous question on parents/siblings.

If A is parent cache-to-be, and B and C are sibling cache's, then does
A list B and C as sibling's? Or do B and C only list A as parent?

Can a cache be both a parent and a sibling of the same set of caches?

ie, my parent cache may have less storage than my customer sibling caches,
so I want my parent cache (which serves as a customer cache at a
different, less used location), to try B and C, rather than going
out over the net, even though B and C probably used it to get the
object in the first place.

Or am I missing something?
