Re: Filehandle patch & Linux Kernels.

The matter of filedescriptor extensions has been discussed (and probably
will be again, I daresay) in time, it'll become a standard config
option. But not yet. Remember, Linus speaks 'no' fluently. It's his
second language, bless his soul :)
