Squid 1.2 and multi retrivial of an object.

Hi,
My problem is .
Browser A get http://site/toto.zip <http://site/toto.zip> . (600 ko)
Browser B get http://site/toto.zip, the first 200ko are very fast ( from
cache)

Here I can stop the download of the browser B, browser A continue to get
the object.

But if I stop the browser A download, the browser B download can't
retrieve one byte more ! ! ! !

Is this a bug ?

How does it work on 1.1.x ?
