DNS redirection for two squids

Hello,
 I have two squids running on different IP with round robin DNS done on an
alias which gives me load balancing on the two. What I would like is a DNS
redirection form a primary squid to a second squid ONLY IF the first was
unreachable. Does any know if this can be done?
