Reload with squid 1.2

Hi,
When client, ask to reload a web page, squid make a
TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_MISS.
The consequence is to reload the object from the origin site.
How can I change the way squid react to a client's reload request?

In fact I search away to 'create' a TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_HIT.
