Hi, what's your os? Are you sure that you're using 1.1.21? I've once
upgrade from 1.1.x to 1.2b20 and found that I can't 'squid -kr' and 'squid
-kd' or send SIGUSR1 and SIGUSR2 to squid process. I'm using Linux and
glibc2.0.7 and have to patch squid & glibc in order to be able to send
