Where do you want to forward SSL requests?
Squid only requires configuration if you are inside a firewall and have
to forward SSL requests throught another proxy (usually on the
firewall).
If you are inside a firewall then the configuration is usually
ssl_proxy <your_firewall>:<proxy-port>
