Help me please......
I can see the CPU idle of my proxy server is very low (+/- 27 %). Base on this fact, speed of my proxy is very poor. What shoul I do ? If I want to refresh that, what command used ? Is it right procedure ? Or, anyone else have a good idea to solve ?
