Proxy_Auth deny me on correct password

Hi, I'm using squid 1.NOVM.22.. everything works fine.. I like the way the
new proxy_auth config as there is no acls needed but the strange thing is
that when I enable it, and entered the correct name and passwords, I got
an access denied error.. hmm.. If I enter it wrongly, I need to retype the
passwords.. That means proxy_auth did recognize the passwords but sadly
denied by squid.

Help please
