^^^I think i've the ulimit to 4096, here there are my /etc/system :
(only show part of the file)

set rlim_fd_max = 4096
set rlim_fd_cur = 1024

Is that what you mean ? setting up the filehandle to more than of 1024.
Or may be i've to setup anything else, please tell me.
I've been compiling the squid using the DO_POLL options but i've got the
same result.
