I can ping sv.cache.nlanr.net, but it does not respond to web requests
properly today.
I tried an obviously bogus http://www.ujsgdfbsyufgbvasu.com and expected
the normal dns error, but got instead a "time-out".
I am unaware of the status on the other Squid machines - but from a few
other posts I've read, it looks like there could be a network problem as
well.
