I use the standard Squid ACLs to implement ban lists (the FAQ recommends
using redirectors such as squirm but I find that they cause a massive
performance on our platform - Digital Unix 4.0D). I know it is a bit manual
but I find it to be a nice simple method and *FREE* :).
