I am running Squid 1.2.24 on Linux.

I have the following in my squid.conf file:
     acl local-servers dstdomain nebo.edu
     acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
     never_direct deny local-servers
     never_direct allow all

Sometimes it goes direct to servers in my domain but other times it
appears to use a parent (especially on graphics).

The following came from the access.log and appears to imply that it
went asked a parent instead of going directly to the server.

Why is it not always go direct?
