FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying

I had this in my cache.log and the server just shutdown.
It restarted again though. What cause this problem?
Did I exceed some memory requirement?
Currently I have P166 with 32 MB ram and cache_mem = 8 MB
cache_swap = 100 MB.
Please help!
