Squid 1.2 supports both. The support may lack some features so if you have a
simple test case when these headers are not honored but should be, please
send it to squid-bugs.

I think Squid 1.2 does similar thing for all objects. Again, if that
experimental code does not work, please send a contr-example to squid-bugs.

P.S. If I recall correctly, Squid 1.1 does not support the headers you
     have mentioned, with a possible exception of "must-revalidate".
