1.2 interoperbility

Any chance of a "no-digest" tag being added to peer configuration under 1.2
at some point? It would help shorted the cache log file slightly and remove
all those errors about disabled digests from peer caches who don't support
cache digests (ie, 1.1 and other vendor caches). Not a serious problem, but
it seems a bit pointless making requests when you know in advance that
they're never going to succeed.
