MS proxy 1 doesn't support this option! MS proxy 2 does, but it isn't
included with the small business server, and you have to pay reasonably
big buck to upgrade it separately.

I think it's just about the only proxy server made that won't
forward requests to a parent. Mickeysoft strikes again :-)
