This isn't a particular surprise, but I find that the Microsoft
auto-update servers (windowsupate.microsoft.com, in particular) that
they use for "Office Update" and "Windows 98 Update" don't work when put
through Squid, but are fine when directly connected. Any idea what is
causing this, besides MS's proprietary attitude to the world? Any way it
can be worked around?
