FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.

Hi there,

my system (AIX 3.2.5, 96 Mb RAM) is currently running Squid 1.1.20 with a
cache of 950 Mb.
Since about one day squid is continuosly crashing with the following message
from cache.log:
FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.

Can anyone help me to solve this big problem?
