Squid2.0 loops when using cache_peer

I tried to connect Squid 2.0 to our providers cache as sibling:

cache_peer www-cache.xlink.net sibling 3128 3130
cache_peer_domain www-cache.xlink.net .com .net

After restarting Squid got into a loop:

Squid tried serveral times to start....
After removing the cache_peer* statement Squid run fine again.
