Hi Haydn,
        That (113) No route to host is Linux for "firewall filter on port
80". Try setting cache_host to:
        
        cache_host proxy.domain.net.au parent 8080 0 no-query default

        This will force all your proxy traffic through your upstream
proxy (however if they die, so will you - but then if port 80 is blocked
there's no choice).
