Just for the pedantics out there:
The cache_peer_access syntax is different in two different places in
squid.conf; in the acl's example, it's
cache_peer_access allow mycache.mydomain.net asexample
while further down it's
cache_peer_access cache-host allow|deny [!]aclname
I'm assuming it's the second....
