If I remove the "carp-load-factor", how do I specify that my peer does CARP?
By the way, is it possible to do CARP with sibling peers and parent peers?
Actually, I'd like to favor ICP relationships with siblings and CARP
relationships with parents. I am already doing this in 1.1.22 with home made
 patches. Is it possible to do the same things with a vanilla Squid 2.0?
