Bug: Squid-2.0REL redirectors don't stop after reconfigure

Yesterday I noticed an unusual number of redirectors and found out that a
reconfigure doesn't kill the old redirectors (the FD's stay open so the
redirectors don't stop themselves).

When I increased the debug level I found that redirectShutdown() is called
and tells us that it's closing the redirector #x, FD x

Configuration:
- Solaris2.5
- Squid-2.0REL
- async-io
- dlmalloc

I've been browsing in the source and I can't find where the fd is closed (I
would expect comm_close() somewhere) but I'm not fully into the structure
of V2 yet.

Any thoughts?

Thanks, Marc
