URL doesn't work with Squid 2.0

With the proxy on, connecting to:

http://204.99.178.237:2080/start.html

Pops up a window "Document returned no data"

And in the Squid log:

907955027.201 455 209.140.64.23 TCP_MISS/200 141 GET
http://204.99.178.237:2080/start.html - DIRECT/204.99.178.237 text/html

Without the proxy, it works fine. It seemed to work with Squid 1.1.

Can anyone confirm, or know how to fix it?
